I typically stay away from these "roach coaches".

That is the perfect name for them!

There was a really good one out in Buena Park, CA back in the early 80's. It was owned and operated by a Hispanic family and made the best carnitas burritos. I never had a problem with getting sick from it but I am sure there are roach coaches out there that don't use good food handling practices. :)

I don't like food trucks because where are you supposed to eat? Standing there on the street like an animal? That ain't my style, man.
Food trucks are really popular with yuppies and hipsters around here. I still prefer regular old restaurants, though.

Usually they stop at factories during lunch breaks and they eat them in picnic areas or the lunch rooms. At least that's how we did it years ago. :)

I stay away if I don't know the history. We do have a really good one that has served the university for about 30 years.

You know that is the one place I have never got it from.
I have got it a few times from upscale restaurants which is another reason I don't like going to them.
